PERPLAY App Privacy Policy

In the event of account closure or termination, PERPLAY will delete personal data upon user request, regardless of any legal or internal retention obligations.

10. Business Transfer

In the event that assets owned by PERPLAY or Blockbusterlab, the owner of PERPLAY and its services, are acquired or in cases of closure or bankruptcy, your personal information may be included in the assets transferred to the acquiring party. Users acknowledge the possibility of such transfer, and the acquiring party of PERPLAY may continue to use users' personal information in accordance with this policy within the scope permitted by applicable laws. The foregoing circumstances may be deemed the basis for all ownership or usage rights of PERPLAY.

11. Privacy Policy Limitations

The PERPLAY app may be linked to external sites that are not operated by PERPLAY. PERPLAY has no control over the privacy policies and content of external sites, and users are directly responsible for reviewing and ensuring privacy protection.
